Prof. S.P. Srivastava was born, brought up and educated at Lucknow (U.P.). He pursued his Post Graduation leading to the Degree of Master of Social work with specialization in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Welfare in the year 1967 and therefore did Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in social work on the topic “Labor Management in Steel Plants of India” with special reference to Durgapur Steel Plant of Hindustan Steels Limited now Steel authority of India Limited (SAIL). He was awarded the Degree of Ph.D. in the year 1971. He also did LL.B., Proficiency in Russian and French Languages, D.P.A. from the same university. After securing the professional qualifications, he served various Private and Public Sector Organization viz. Birla, Dalmia, Sahu Jain and CPSU to name a few in different capacities. After opting for voluntary retirement, he has engaged himself in teaching profession and joined Institute of Management Sciences, Department of HR and IR, University of Lucknow, Lucknow as Regular Visiting Faculty. He was in also an Academic Counselor of IGNOU. He is also on the panel of several Management Institute in India & Abroad as an Examiner/Paper Setter.
          Prof. Srivastava is presently working as Director of the institute.

Dr. Bharat, a young smart and dynamic person who possess caliber of attracting people because of his deep knowledge in the area of his subject had pursued his academic from C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur. He did M.Com., Ph.D. (Commerce) as the main stream of education. His subject of study in Ph.D. was ‘Management of Corporate Taxation and Tax Planning’. After completion of his academic qualification in the main stream of commerce, he did M.B.A., M.A. (Economics), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. Dr. Bharat started his carrier from corporate sector and after a short span of time switched over to teaching profession. He has had 07 years of Post qualification experience in teaching in various college/university. Dr. Bharat in possesses significant achievements in co-curricular activities during his studies. He has a strong desire to go upward towards his chosen line of profession.
          Dr. Bharat is presently heading the department of PGDM as also Controller of Examination of the Institute and also of several other reputed institute of the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Mr. Manish Kumar has done his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly (U.P.) with specialization in Marketing and Human Resource Management. He also possesses skill in Computer Application. His area of interest is particularly in Production Operation Management, Organization Behavior, Statistics and Economics.

Ms. Monika has done her MBA from U.P. Technical University, Lucknow. Her area of specialization in MBA, Programming were Human Resource and Finance. She is a calm and quite lady with impressive personality possesses special skill in redressing grievances of the students.

Mrs. Leena has obtained her M.Phill., & M.Com. from Punjab University. She had also done B.Ed. from the same university. She possesses keen interest in academics and has worked for two years in Khalsa College for women a highly reputed institution for women in the country. She has strong believes in system, Values and Ethics.

Mr. Ankit has done his B.Com. from C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur and subsequently obtained the Degree of Master in Business Administration from Institute of Business Management of Kanpur University, Kanpur. His area of specialization is Business, Economic. He initially worked with various corporate sectors. He believes in Team Work both in the corporate area and academics. He possesses skills in problem solving technique with ability to deal with student coming in contact with him.

Mr. Aakash has done his MBA from U.P. Technical University, Lucknow. He is active and smart faculty in the area of organization cultural and social activities. His area of specializations are Marketing and Information Technology. He possesses his special interest in soft skills and has designed his own module of it. He also has online gaming place. He initially worked in corporate sector and subsequently switched over to teaching profession. He is a corporate trainer.
